Tracy Perusse is a Minnesota native who moved to warm and sunny California to attend college in Los Angeles. After a successful career in advertising, Tracy moved to Carlsbad where she became Marketing Manager for a resort developer. This position brought her directly into the marketing of real estate properties and renewed her life-long interest in selling real estate. Tracy is a licensed Broker and full time REALTOR® and a full-time real estate professional in San Diego. Her background and experience in marketing and advertising have given her the ability to develop effective marketing strategies and negotiating skills to the advantage of her clients in every real estate transaction. She continues to help her clients buy and sell real estate in one of the most desirable places in the world to live – San Diego!
